BPO dramatically improves throughput and accuracy

Waltham, MA. – A leading multi-national BPO has selected AliusDoc’s AD-MedClaims to replace EMC/Captiva’s ClaimPack for automated data capture of CMS-1500 and UB04 medical claims. Roll-outs to their first clients started at the end of February, and are expected to be completed for all clients by the end of April.

A major factor in choosing AD-MedClaims was that in head-to-head tests by an independent integrator and ten year user of ClaimPack, data entry operators improved their overall document productivity significantly. Another key factor was AD-MedClaims’ ability to handle blackline claims that were photocopied or faxed.
